Need a Life Change?

It used to be that I would wake up and lose the first 15 minutes of each day scrolling through Instagram. Then one morning I stumbled upon a video that made me toss down my phone and jump out of bed.

It would be an experiment, I thought. I love the idea of rewiring my brain because whatever I seem to be doing isn’t always working for me.

Brushing Left-Handed

The first one was easy. It didn’t take long for me to get used to brushing with the opposite hand. And it inspired me to do other things with the hand I don’t usually use. Practice writing or eating with the other…
